Vnyasa Flow Yoga

Good for beginner to Intermediate. For those of us in pretty good shape but not flexible as we would like to be. Join us for flow style Yoga where you will use your breath to move in and out of poses. There will be a few modifications offered. You will be encouraged to let go of judgment, competition, focus on your breath and be in the present moment.
